The administrative court has jurisdiction to hear an action, whatever its legal basis, seeking to obtain the interruption of emissions, the prohibition of installation, the removal or relocation of a radio station that has been duly authorised and installed on private property or on public land by the public authorities competent in this matter in the exercise of their special police powers, on the grounds that its operation is liable to endanger the health of persons living in the vicinity or to cause interference.
