When an SNCF employee requests the application of a general law provision that they consider more favourable than the corresponding provision of the regulations drawn up by SNCF, the judicial courts may not decline jurisdiction but must, pursuant to Article L. 511-1, last paragraph, of the Labour Code, rule on the merits of the dispute between them and SNCF.
