This decision provides important insight into your property law. Here is what it changes for you.
The situation
The judgment which refuses to declare that a tenant who, after 31 December 1958, let part of the premises furnished, has forfeited the right to remain in the premises fails to comply with the provisions of Article 340 of the Town Planning Code as amended by the Ordinance of 31 December 1958. It matters little that her lease predates the entry into force of the Decree of 31 December 1958.
What the law says
This decision confirms the fundamental principles of property law.
