Having noted that in execution of a designation order that had become final, a court-appointed managing agent had opened a special account in the name of a co-ownership association to deposit all sums received on its behalf, a court of appeal correctly held that this obligation imposed on the managing agent rendered pointless, during the term of his mandate, the consultation of the general meeting on the decision to be taken regarding whether to open a separate account in the name of that association.
