The behaviour of a sales representative constitutes a real and serious cause for dismissal where his relations with his regional director had deteriorated to the point that he refused to meet his manager, corresponded with him only by registered letters or notes, and had sent to the general management a letter in which he made serious accusations against that regional director, claiming in particular that he was building a house for his own account by abusively using the staff and suppliers of the company that employed him.
