The maximum percentage of the total price payable upon signature of the contract for the construction of an individual house, set by Decree No. 72-1239 of 29 December 1972 (Article R. 231-6 of the Construction Code) adopted for the application of Article L. 242-2 of the said Code, may not be exceeded, whatever the conditions for determining the price agreed between the parties (1).
