The situation
The president of the chamber ruling on appeal, regarding the fixing of expropriation compensation, is only required to choose his assessors from among the expropriation judges within the jurisdiction of the court of appeal, and no provision requires him to designate them from among the judges exercising their functions within the jurisdiction of the department in which the expropriated property is situated.
