When property owners' associations bring their articles of association into compliance with the provisions of Order No. 2004-632 of 1 July 2004 and Decree No. 2006-504 of 3 May 2006, they must comply with the formalities imposed by those texts. However, they are not required to annex to the compliant articles of association the parcel plan, provided for in Article 4 of the said Order, which is only required at the time of their formation.
