The situation
Except as otherwise provided by statute, any contract for the construction of an individual house must state the guarantee provided by the builder for the proper performance of his obligations at the agreed price and must specify the terms and conditions for applying this guarantee, and the builder must, at the time of receipt of funds, provide evidence of the existence of guarantees for the repayment of sums paid by the client and for delivery at the agreed price.
