The situation

The contribution due in respect of accidents at work for salaried workers in inland waterway navigation belonging to the navigating personnel must be determined solely by the regional health insurance fund of Ile-de-France (CRAMIF), Decree No. 67-1232 of 22 December 1967 providing that this personnel falls under a single primary health insurance fund whose area of jurisdiction encompasses the entire national territory and that this Fund, which has its registered office in Paris, is attached to the CRAMIF to the extent of the latter's powers.
