A judgment is liable to be quashed if, in order to order the National Hunting Office to compensate a person who suffered damage to his pine plantations caused by deer, it merely states that the Law of 27 December 1968 provides for compensation by the National Hunting Office for damage caused to crops by large game which hunting plans protect, without investigating whether the large game that caused the damage did not originate, at least in part, from the claimant's own land which was included in a hunting plan involving the presence of large game.
